About the Event
New working group meeting for Team Leaders working within the Northern Ireland customer contact industry.
We’re delighted to launch a dedicated user group solely for Team Leaders to share challenges and ideas amongst their peers.
The group will meet quarterly and each session will enable Team Leaders to discuss hot topics, benchmark performance, share best practice and develop their professional network.
Join our first meeting on Thursday 14 December, 11:00-12:00 where we will be discussing Colleague Engagement and how Team Leaders can create a positive colleague experience that encourages engagement, enthusiasm and motivation.
