Published: 18 May 2026

Mandy, who is Head of Customer Direct at Danske Bank, takes over as Chair of the industry body after serving on the CCNNI Board for almost three years. She succeeds outgoing Chair Stephen Lomas of Allstate NI.

Established in 2018, CCNNI is a non‑profit membership organisation supporting clients in a wide range of disciplines, including omnichannel communications, digital and AI-enabled service delivery, customer experience design, and large-scale shared service operations. The company recently updated its name becoming the Customer Contact Network Northern Ireland, while retaining its established acronym. The change reflects the continued transformation of the industry and broadens the organisation’s scope to represent the full spectrum of customer engagement across Northern Ireland.

With more than 30 years’ experience in Financial Services, Mandy brings deep operational expertise and strong people leadership to the role. At Danske Bank, she leads the full range of customer contact channels alongside key fulfilment teams that support customers across critical banking journeys. Her career reflects a long‑standing commitment to shaping the future of customer contact in an increasingly digital world.

As Chair of the CCNNI Advisory Board, Mandy aims to champion the vital role people play at the heart of the industry, while supporting members as they navigate rapid change driven by digitisation, customer expectations, and new technologies. She is also proud to represent Danske Bank, reflecting its strong commitment to supporting local communities across Northern Ireland.

CCNNI Chair Amanda Mooney said:

“I’m incredibly proud to take on the role of Chair of the CCNNI Board. The CCNNI is a fantastic way for businesses to gain insights and understand how the market is changing. Our industry is evolving at pace, driven by digitisation and changing customer expectations, but our people remain our greatest strength. I’m delighted to be part of that, and I look forward to bringing my experience and insights to support the CCNNI community, while continuing to champion the importance of people, collaboration, and local impact across Northern Ireland.”

CCNNI Managing Director Jayne Davies added:

“We are delighted to welcome Mandy as Chair and look forward to working with her as we continue to support and promote the contact centre industry. Her experience, leadership and passion for people will be a tremendous asset to the organisation and to our members.”
