The 2024 CCNNI Awards are now open for entry, showcasing the very best of the customer contact industry across Northern Ireland.
 

Organised by CCNNI (Contact Centre Network Northern Ireland), these prestigious Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of the people and organisations who are leading the way in customer contact

 

The 2024 Awards are open to any contact centre, shared service, IT or customer helpdesk/support which is based in, or delivering services in Northern Ireland, with a minimum of 5 staff.

They shine a spotlight on the fantastic support you have given to customers and the brilliant contribution of your people and offer a wide variety of categories for customer contact functions, initiatives, products and services to enable you to recognise as many of your amazing staff and activities as possible. Do you have the best Agents, Leaders, Teams, CX or Site?  Then nominate them for a fantastic CCNNI Award!
