The 2022 Contact Centre Network NI Awards Are Now Open  
 

Organised by Contact Centre Network NI, these prestigious Annual Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of the people and companies who make the dynamic Northern Irish contact centre industry! 

 

They are open to any NI-based contact centre, shared service centre, IT or customer helpdesk employing a minimum of 5 staff. There are a variety of categories for contact centre people, functions, initiatives, products and services which enable you to recognise as many of your amazing staff and activities as possible.

 

If you have great agents, team leaders, managers, CX or site, then nominate them for a fantastic CCNNI Award!​ Entry is free to CCNNI Corporate Members. Non-members are charged £350+VAT per site for unlimited entry.

The Ceremony is Back!

 Thursday 27th October 2022

The winners will be revealed at a fabulous Gala Awards Ceremony to be held on Thursday 27 October 2022 at Hilton Belfast. Up to 260 guests will enjoy an evening of entertainment and celebration. Tickets include admission to the Champagne Reception, Delicious 3-Course Dinner, Celebrity Host and the all-important Ceremony. Seriously, you don't want to miss this!
