Meet the Speaker:

Niamh is the Employment Development Manager for NOW Group. NOW Group is a social enterprise that supports individuals with autism and learning disabilities into jobs with a future. This focuses on supporting individuals to become job ready through training accreditations and receiving specialised support with the recruitment process. NOW Group also supports individuals in the workplace with reasonable adjustments. Niamh has been with NOW Group for nearly six years working across a range of programmes, advising on reasonable adjustments and delivering inclusion training.
