Our next L&D Group will be joined by recent CCNNI Award winner BNP Paribas Personal Finance, who will be providing a Best Practice presentation of their award-winning Know Your Customer initiative, and how consistently prioritising learning, training, and coaching within the team has resulted in success for their customers and operations.

The KYC Operations team work in a heavily regulated environment, protecting their customers and the business from risk of money laundering, bribery and corruption. Led by Shauna Gayle, KYC Manager, alongside Suzanne Craig and Ross Lindsay, KYC Team Managers, the presentation will focus on how they achieved a balance between minimising that risk whilst also ensuring the team remained engaged and motivated in a policy driven environment.
