The CCNNI Awards are judged by an independent panel of professionals working in the UK contact centre industry and with experience of judging or winning awards at a regional or national level. Their expertise and participation in this robust two-step process is essential in determining the winners.

Step 1: Shortlisting
All written entries for the Awards will be read by an independent group of industry experts, who will sift the entries according to the category criteria and compile a list of finalists. 

Step 2: Finalist Panel Interview

The finalists will be invited to attend a virtual panel interview (via Zoom) with a group of judges to discuss their nomination, projects and achievements in detail. Finalists will be required to deliver a 5-minute introduction to either their Individual roles or their Team /Company nomination which will be followed by a series of set questions asked by the judges. The allocated time for each interview is approximately 15 mins. Judges at this stage will not have read the written entry and finalists are advised to provide as much information as possible when answering the questions.

The winners will be revealed at the Gala Awards Ceremony on Wednesday 13 November 2024.
