The CCNNI Awards are judged by an independent panel of professionals working in the UK contact centre industry and with experience of judging or winning awards at a regional or national level. Their expertise and participation in this robust two-step process is essential in determining the winners.

​

Step 1: Shortlisting
Written entries received will be sifted according to the category criteria and a shortlist of finalists will be created. New Deadline for Entry: TUESDAY 5 SEPTEMBER 2023

​

Step 2: Second Reading Panel

The shortlisted entries will go through to a second panel which will establish the winners. 

​

The winners will be revealed at the Gala Awards Ceremony on Thursday 26th October 2023.
