The judging will be undertaken by an independent panel of professionals working within the UK contact centre industry.
Step 1: Shortlisting
Written entries received will be sifted according to the category criteria and a shortlist of finalists will be created. Deadline for entry: 5PM - 10 AUGUST 2021
Step 2: Virtual Panel Interviews
Finalists will be invited to attend a virtual judging panel comprising of three independent industry experts held across 6 to 10 September 2021.
Finalists in the Individual and Team/Company categories will attend a 15-20 minute interview to discuss their role, activities, achievements and nomination in more detail.
Finalists in the Inhouse and Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year categories will be invited to give a 10 minute presentation followed by a 15 minute Q&A with the judges.

Live Awards Ceremony
The finalists will be celebrated and winners revealed at a glittering Awards Ceremony to be held in Belfast in October 2021. We're following Government guidelines and planning for a Live Event and full details will be published shortly.
