New Advisory Board Director Announced

CCNNI Are Delighted to Welcome Colin Mitchell, Head of Customer Contact (Belfast), BNP Paribas Personal Finance to their Advisory Board

Contact Centre Network NI (CCNNI) are delighted to appoint Colin Mitchell to their Advisory Board of Directors, working alongside members from Allstate Northern Ireland, Danske Bank, Firstsource Solutions, Invest NI, Power NI and Santander.

As part of their remit to support the contact centre and customer service industry across Northern Ireland, the CCNNI Advisory Board provide vital advice and governance to the organisation and help shape the strategy for the industry. 

Colin Mitchell, Head of Customer Contact (Belfast), BNP Paribas Personal Finance said: "I am delighted to join the advisory board for CCNNI. I have been involved in the contact centre industry for the past 13 years and have over 30 years in the Financial Services sector. I have also been involved with the Network since its inception in 2018. Since then, it has driven real change in Contact Centres in Northern Ireland though collaboration and sharing of best practice to address common challenges.  I hope I can help continue to support the great work of previous and existing advisory board members to progress the industry in the coming years."

Jayne Davies, Managing Director of CCNNI said: "Having worked with Colin as an active member for several years we know that he is a passionate supporter of the industry and will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to support our activities going forward. We are really looking forward to working with Colin and appreciate the expertise he will bring."



Membership is open to any contact centre, shared service centre or IT helpdesk based in Northern Ireland. Membership also available to associates and suppliers to the contact centre industry.
