As we start to return to a new normality post-pandemic, this presentation will examine the findings of Jabra’s latest global research into the current status of hybrid working and its impact for all on the future of work. Richard Trestain from Jabra will also explore the new class of intelligent audio and video collaboration tools needed to deliver a successful and productive hybrid working future within the Contact Centre, which will accelerate customer satisfaction and sustain employee talent.

About the Speakers 

Richard Trestain is the Product Marketing Manager for Jabra within the EMEA North region. Joining in 2019, Richard is our product expert who is focused on providing detailed knowledge on our professional portfolio of audio and video collaboration devices and related software to Jabra end-customers and channel partners. Prior to joining Jabra, Richard was Product Marketing Manager at Canon for 14 years, focusing on Consumer and Professional Imaging products.

Patrick Masserano began his career at Regions Bank (US) where he spent over 10 years in operations, technology and leadership. He moved to the UK in 2006 to work for Lloyds Banking Group, leading a large operational function and significant transformation programmes. Before leaving Lloyds in 2013 Patrick was responsible for over 10,000 colleagues, overseeing all Retail & Wealth Operations as well as outsourcing and offshoring functions in India and The Philippines. In 2014 Patrick started his own consulting practice, focused on transformation in operations and technology. From 2015 to 2017 Patrick served as the COO for Monzo, which covered the initial start-up and product design all the way through to launching their current account in mid 2017. Today Patrick is continuing his work in the UK for Santander, primarily focused on transformation of operations through a wide range of technology driven enablers and leveraging customer centric design principles.

Russell Tilsed – with over 20 years of industry experience, Russell leads the 8x8 team of cloud communications experts. Since joining 8x8 in 2010, Russell has partnered with IT leaders in the NHS, local and central government organisations as well as in private organisations to design and deploy cloud communication solutions that underpin their ability to digitally evolve and ensure reliable service delivery.

The Summit will be attended by up to 50 managers/senior managers from NI contact centres and followed by a Rooftop Summer Garden Party for networking and engagement.
