About the Event

The consequences of COVID are of widespread concern and as contact centres continue to cope with the impact of COVID, lockdown and remote working, there is more emphasis on mental health and wellbeing than ever before, as this has become a front and centre issue for leaders everywhere.

As we exit lockdown and formally recognise its permanent after-effects, an ongoing commitment to supporting those still at risk is needed. It is also clear that a new partnership between organisations and employees to nurture positive mental health and well-being needs activating.

To help you think through this challenge and evolve your existing strategy, we have teamed up with Martin Hill-Wilson and WCCF to bring you Evolving Your Mental Health & WellBeing Strategy, one-day training course designed to guide your thinking, facilitate discussion and decisions.
