About the Event
Employees in the UK are some of the most disengaged and dissatisfied in Europe according to Gallup’s State of the Global Workforce report 2023. The research revealed that the UK remains one of the least engaged workforces in Europe, ranking 33 out of 38 among countries.
Whilst many organisations have initiatives in place aimed at increasing employee engagement levels, studies show time and time again show that effective line management is the biggest driver of employee engagement.
This programme examines what contributes to employee engagement and looks at leadership behaviors that support engagement.
