With Ulster University Business School's part-time BSc Management Practice programme, you can earn a Management degree in as little as two years depending on experience, or complete a shorter flexible programme, leading to an Advanced Certificate or Diploma.
This flexible degree programme is aimed at working professionals aspiring to move into management positions, as well as individuals in leadership roles who may not yet have the formal qualifications to get ahead in their career. The programme is focused on real life work scenarios and rooted in industry.

Lesley McGrogan brings a wealth of expertise and experience to her role as a lecturer in Human Insights and Project Management at Ulster Business School.
