About the Network
Established in 2018, Contact Centre Network NI (CCNNI) is a not-for-profit membership organisation supporting the Northern Ireland contact centre industry. Our objectives are to share best practice, promote the industry as an employer of choice and develop a skilled and professional workforce. We work with a variety of sectors including: Banking and Financial Services, Distribution, Education, Technology, Housing, Media, Public Sector, Retail, Transport and Utilities. Our members comprise some of NI's top brands including: Allstate Northern Ireland, BNP Paribas PF, Budget Energy, Danske Bank, Echo NI, Firstsource, Power NI, Santander, Sensée, Translink and Ulster Bank, to name but a few.
