The 2025 CCNNI Awards are open for entry, showcasing the very best of the customer contact industry in Northern Ireland!
Organised by CCNNI these prestigious Annual Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of the people and organisations who are leading the way customer contact across Northern Ireland, a crucial sector which contributes significantly to the NI economy and employs over 20,000 people from across the region.
Do you have an amazing team, fantastic customer service, brilliant client relationship or awesome people? Then nominate them for a CCNNI Award!
Entries are free to CCNNI members and open to any contact centre, shared service, IT or customer support based in, or delivering services to customers / clients in Northern Ireland, with a minimum of 5 staff. Delivery can be in person, hybrid or remote working.
