Do you want to unleash the leadership potential in your business?  Ulster University is offering a number of limited, fully-funded places on its award-winning BSc Leading on Customer Operations Higher Level Apprenticeship programme.

​

Whether it's up-skilling an existing employee or recruiting new talent, this industry-led apprenticeship will help you develop exceptional all-round leaders.  Apprentices will cover topics such as personal development, customer engagement, digital business & tech, project management, intrapreneurship & innovation, and sustainable business environment.

Who can apply within my organisation? 

Apprentices must:

• be a new or current employee who has joined the company or started a new role in the last six months. 

• have lived in Northern Ireland for at least three years.

• meet the General Entrance Requirements referred to on the Ulster University website. 

• be given the time to study during their working week (this is recommended at least 20% of their normal working hours).
