Do you want to unleash the leadership potential in your business? Ulster University is offering a number of limited, fully-funded places on its award-winning BSc Leading on Customer Operations Higher Level Apprenticeship programme.
Whether it's up-skilling an existing employee or recruiting new talent, this industry-led apprenticeship will help you develop exceptional all-round leaders. Apprentices will cover topics such as personal development, customer engagement, digital business & tech, project management, intrapreneurship & innovation, and sustainable business environment.

Who can apply within my organisation?
be a new or current employee who has joined the company or started a new role in the last six months.
have lived in Northern Ireland for at least three years.
meet the General Entrance Requirements referred to on the Ulster University website.
be given the time to study during their working week (this is recommended at least 20% of their normal working hours).
