CCNNI is delighted to welcome two new
Advisory Board Directors

Stephen Lomas & Neil Armstrong

Stephen Lomas started as a frontline employee in 2004 and is now the Global Senior Manager for the Allstate Technology Support Centre and Site Lead for the operation in Strabane. He leads teams locally here in Northern Ireland, but his global leadership skills have enabled him to build and lead award-winning teams in the United States and India also. His passion for continuous improvement, digital contact centre transformation and employee engagement has seen him lead the way in developing a refined digital strategy from Allstate Northern Ireland for the broader Allstate enterprise.

Neil Armstrong left school in 2004 and moved to Belfast in 2007 where he joined Ulster Bank’s Contact Centre as a Customer Service Officer. During his career Neil has done almost every Contact Centre role imaginable – from Quality Assurance, Team Leader, Operations, to his current role as Contact Centre Manager with 250 staff. Neil is passionate about his customers and staff and proud to have led the Centre to winning numerous awards. He believes Contact Centres are the ideal place to learn new, transferrable skills and build your confidence and career.

Chair of CCNNI, Joanne Wilson welcomed the appointments, saying: "As both national and CCNNI award winners themselves, Stephen and Neil are great ambassadors for the Network and industry in Northern Ireland and we are all excited to be working together with our shared vision to drive the industry forward."

On joining the board, Stephen said: "I am delighted to have been asked to become an Advisory Board Director with CCNNI. The industry in Northern Ireland is something that I am truly passionate about and this will give me a good platform to help it continue to thrive on a broader scale."

Neil agreed, adding: "I'm also honoured to be asked to join the CCNNI Advisory Board. The contact centre industry has so much to offer and I am committed to ensuring we raise awareness of the huge potential of this vibrant industry in Northern Ireland."
