The judging will be undertaken by an independent panel of professionals working within the UK contact centre industry.

Step 1: Shortlisting
Written entries received will be sifted according to the category criteria and a shortlist of finalists will be created. FINAL deadline for entry: 5PM Friday 6 November 2020

Step 2: Virtual Panel Interviews

Finalists will be invited to attend a virtual judging panel comprising of three independent industry experts held across 18 to 20 November 2020.

Finalists in the individual categories will attend a 15-20 minute interview to discuss their role, activities and achievements in more detail.  

Finalists in the Team/Company categories will be invited to give a 15 minute presentation on their nomination followed by 15 minute Q&A with the judges. 

Finalists in the Inhouse and Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year categories will be invited to give a 20 minute presentation followed by a 15 minute Q&A with the judges.
