Speaker Bio

Ed Leavers - Partnership Development Manager, PayPlan. Ed has been at PayPlan for the last three years supporting creditors maximise pathways to independent debt advice for their customers. Providing training on debt advice awareness and skilful customer engagement across the credit services industry. Ed has worked previously as National Sales Training manager at Online Mortgage Advisor, helping customers with impaired credit access the mortgage market after a dozen successful years with Nationwide Building Society working in leadership roles across their retail banking operation. Ed started his career with Dun & Bradstreet in business to business credit reference and marketing and has therefore spent his entire career working in the credit industry.
